No delivery but I received a notification stating that the order was delivered.

Hun I received sms s today stating that my order has been delivered and I should rate Charles (the driver) I have not received any order today at all, I’m worried, been trying to get hold of the online team no answer please someone tell me what’s going on I was thinking the driver is late yet it didn’t make sense why they say it is delivered, clearly it was dishonest or the driver delivered to a wrong person.
