No delivery and waiting almost 3 weeks!!!

I had a horrible experience with Makro online store! Worst service ever. We have moved from far and is now without a fridge for almost 2 weeks! The customer call centre is absolutely useless!! Nobody could tell me where is our purchased fridge!! We are going to the ombudsman after today! I will never ever buy anything again on the online shop! NEVER!
