NO DELIVERY AND VERY POOR SERVICE DELIVERY

I placed an order online and made the payment, then received an sms from the tracking company DPD LASER that links to their tracking webpage, to say my item will be delivered on the 26th July 2023. I take a day's leave from work to make sure I am home when my goods arrived. The goods never arrived, after phoning the tracking company and Makro a number of times, speaking to various agents making promises that someone would call me, still nothing, this is now the 2nd time I have ordered something online from Makro and the same thing no delivery on time and very poor service, so this will be the last time I ever use Makro or their courier company DPD LASER
