No delivery and terrible service

Was promised delivery today between 12pm and 2pm for washing machine by peter, and which I paid for! It is now 6pm with no delivery yet.Called delivery number and was on hold for 1/2 hr.Finally got thru and khani was too busy on personal calls and again put me on hold.Calling from cell so airtime being eaten up.Terrible attitude and service with no one to assist. Will take up with ombudsman if I don't get my delivery today which I even had to pay for!!!
