No delivery and poor communication

I’d give them a zero star if I can. Terrible service I tell you. I place an order on the 11th of November 2024 and deliver was supposed to be made on the 15th of November 2024. You won’t believe if I tell you that on the 1st of December I’m still waiting for delivery or atleast some kind of communication/ refund. I’ve been calling and sending emails to no success. I requested a cancellation and still today I don’t know if this order is cancelled or not. I’m so annoyed and disappointed at Makro. … if you were thinking of ordering, please don’t . It’s not worth it, unless you want to throw away your money🚮🚮🚮
