No Delivery and No Support

Placed an order on the 29th Nov. Supposed to be 2-5 working days for delivery. After 7 working days called the call center, but their agents kept hanging up before even talking to me. I eventually go through to one who had no answers and promised to email me an updated delivery date. I am still waiting for that email 3 working days later. Tried calling the call centre again but cant get an agent to talk to me, they all keep hanging up without taking my call.

Now at 12 working days without delivery and no contact from Makro. Finally got through to the call-centre and was told my order is still waiting at the store for the courier to collect. Can't blame the courier if it is still at your store.
