No delivery and no response

I have put in an online order. The amount was deducted from my card immediately. It is now double the amount of working days this should've taken to deliver.

I sent an e-mail to Makro from which I received no reply. I phoned the online phone number and someone picks up, put my through and it just keeps on ringing. No answer.

This will be the last time I use Marko online.
