No delivery and no feedback

I was expecting an order after purchase made at the online store. After several enquiries this week (every day to be exact), I get promises for callbacks, but nothing happens ... Every day I have to phone again with the same response that I would be called back, but nothing happens. I am considering cancelling my order and requesting a full refund since there is no product and no response. Order number: MAK456875

I still do not have my purchase - after numerous e-mails and failed calls still absolutely no positive response or feedback or delivery date. What is the point in having a call centre when no-one answers the phone.
