No delivery and Makro then cancelled my order without ever trying to contact me. Still waiting for refund.

Would give a zero if I could. Ordered online. They said delivery would happen on a specific day. At the end of the scheduled day nothing had arrived so I went to the tracker. They claimed no delivery because my address was incorrect (when I checked my address was fine) and then decided to cancel my order and issue a refund. The refund is expected to be paid in two weeks. During this debacle not one attempt to communicate with me by cell phone or email. I had to call their customer services to find out. I would not recommend ever using their online service.
