No delivery after more than 10 days..

So annoyed i orderd a fridge on the 17th iv called emailed nothing!it was suppose to be delivered on 22nd before Chrismas even now there is nothing ...3-5days it has become more than 10 days...i order it for my sister she thinks i ate the money coz there is no tracking they said they will escalate the matter when icalled on the 22nd but dololo
