No delivery after 2 weeks, Makro Cancelled order. 2 weeks later still no refund

I ordered a printer cartridge and got an email stating it was packed 11May. 2 weeks later, it was still not delivered, nor did I receive it or any feedback from Makro. I sent an email to support 23rd May. Their reply was they have an issue with the supplier and needed to cancel the order. I must wait 7-14 days for a refund 14 days later no refund, no contact no anything, and I don’t have money to buy another printer cartridge.

This is the 2nd time in 2 months this has happened. So, it’s a regular issue. Makro does not care, or follow up at the frustration of their customers!!!
