No delivery
Ordered a Samsung washing machine beginning of month. Still no delivery. I am told its dispatched?????? Is the machine travelling the country or can I get it soon?

26 Nov 2022, 16:21Good afternoon, thank you for your response. Since last posted comment, nothing has been communicated to me. There have been no updates via online nor anything beyond the Web page of stating "dispatched". Whilst I understand you are "merely a cog in the system" it does not excuse the shoddy service that Makro is currently giving. I ordered the machine because I need it. The money was banked by Makro within that week so please just get Centurion (I am told when eventually the phone was answered) to deliver.
