NO DELIVERY

I placed an order last week 6 Sep 23 Online order #MAK*** till today I have not received a delivery and yesterday I called your customer care and informed the lady that I am waiting for my order she told me it returned to store and I don't know why On the same day I placed an order I got a delivery notice and driver Fumani was supposed to deliver and told me he received incomplete parcels he left some items at the store. Friday I received another notification that the order is on the way and till 5pm nothing received This morning 12 Sep I receive a call from a driver he is here to collect, what exactly is he collecting if I didn't receive anything from Makro

Can someone get back to me regarding my order my kids needs those items or refund me my money so I order elsewhere.
