Highly disappointed with the service from Makro, an order has been made online on the 6th of January, to date, the order has not arrived, numerous calls to call centre and emails that no one replies to. no one has an answer as to when the order will be dispatched and shipped. Always hearing the same excuse everyday, when asking to speak to a supervisor, the for was put on hold for a long time.
