No delivery !

I had such a bad experience with makro yesterday 9 January when I bought a washing machine. I was not decided on which machine to buy - the sales person was pushing for me to buy the AEG washing which was much more expensive ... I decided to go for the machine slightly cheaper than the AEG - The whirlpool. The sales person was clearly annoyed and just went to the manager and said customer wants that one! And he walks away! Wow! What great customer service ! i Asked that the machine be delivered by 12 as I had an appt and they agreed and assured me. It is now 14:03 and no one has called . I had to call makro about 7 times then finally spoke to Ekie and he said the delivery person was meant to call . They now give me excuse that there is something wrong with the machine ! Wow again! A brand new machine and they can’t tell me when it’s supposed to be delivered. What ******* is that ! If it is not delivers today I want my REFUND!!!! Pathetic service
