No delivery

I ordered a watercooler plus bottle two and a half weeks ago. delivery time was supposed to be 2-5 working days. After 5 days I didn't hear from them and I called to find out they had no stock at Struebens Valley. They then changed the order to Carnival because the lady assured me that they have stock. Yet again I heard nothing and when I called this morning they told me that they are also out of stock. When I asked to speak to a manager they cut off the call. What can I do to get my order? i will definitely think twice before I order from Macro online again.
