No delivery

I ordered online on 24/11/2017 and was promised a 2 to 5 day wait. It's December 6th and still nothing. I called the call centre and was told my items was out of stock but was restocked over the weekend and I will get a call back but still nothing!! They were quick to take my money! Do they know that if you take money for service or goods and you don't deliver then it's theft!!
