No delivery!

The worst experience. I made an order of pots two weeks back, it was supposed to be delivered by the 22/03/2025 and it’s the 27/03/2025 and still nothing. I keep calling them and they keep telling me the same thing, that they are escalating my issue. I keep logging in to see if my order status has any changes, it’s still in order confirmed, literally the first step. I don’t know what to do anymore, please help. This has been my worst online purchase and it’s stressing me out. Seeing people’s reviews and videos on TikTok about their horrible experiences with Makro online stresses me out even more😭
