No delivery 11 days later!!!!
Placed an order online, the order says 2 - 5 days for delivery, this order was placed on the 25th February. and it was handed to your courier on the 26th February.
This order has still not been delivered and I have recieved an email to rate your service, how about actually delivering what I ordered before you get a service rating.
This is pathetic to say the least.
