no delivery
i paid for a fridge online and received a confirmation of delivery within 2-5 working days. we are past that delivery period now. i checked online and it shows that the order is complete. i have sent emails and mails from the website - no response. i have called the call centre twice. the first time i was told that barlow world has collected the fridge - they have now had it for several days. today i spoke to Samantha/Sam and she returned my call to confirm i would have delivery today. its now 6-30pm. no delivery.
