No delivery, 1 week later!!!

I ordered a microwave online on the 1 Aug, I am still awaiting delivery which was suppose to be on Friday. I called on saturday to follow up, nobody called aa they said. Calles again on Monday, still promised to call me back but nothing. Zero service, worst ever. Dont provide online services if you cant deliver!!! Pathetic Makro...
