No customer service whatsoever

I ordered a washing machine and some other grocery items from them online and the website indicated that I would receive my order in 2 days. I received an sms yesterday stating that my order has been handed over to the courier however, it still shows packed - in progress on their website. After trying to call them numerous times the calls are simply met with dead silence on the line. No response to emails apart from the automated responses. I am now highly frustrated and quite annoyed with this lack of customer service. I will never order online at Makro again.
