No customer service. No delivery?

Worst customer service ever- if I could give zero stars I would. Ordered online from macro on 11 January 2022, followed up eight days later and followed up subsequently twice also sent Twitter message - all I receive back is that this has been escalated and Makro is so apologetic! Apology not accepted. This is not good enough and I will never ever buy online from Makro again. Shocking experience. reference number: MAK***
