NO customer service

Good day. I logged a complaint with you more than 2 weeks ago. This has still not been resolved. It was for a kettle braai. It came without it's cover and a broken thermostat. I need the cover and replacement thermostat delivered to me asap. Makro is not providing feedback on this. I have tried all avenues to get a resolution
