NO CUSTOMER SERVICE !!!

Good luck to anyone who complains to Makro about missing items from their order using the emails they have on their website!!

You won't get any response from them!!

I sent weekly emails to: *** , *** & *** which is available on their site ... for what ever it is worth ...

On 13 December 2022 I sent my 1st email after receiving my order and realizing that there are items missing from 4 of my boxes, detailed with photos, delivery note and everything, and followed up weekly, until I gave up...

It is 4 months later ... and guess what ... still no response ...

YOU GUYS SUCK !! YOU MUST LEARN WHAT CUSTOMER SERVICE MEANS AND HOW IT WORKS !!

I wonder if I will even get any response from them here??
