No Customer service

After placing an order at Makro for R10114,44 on 30 October 2021 my order was divided in 6 separate deliveries. I received 6 invoices but only 5 deliveries. I have been struggling for 6 weeks now to get a reply out of Makro as to the the sixth delivery. They flat out ignore any query I submit. Although the amount of the invoice that was not delivered was small in terms of the total order, it is a principled question if you can trust Makro to deliver the orders that you placed and paid for. Such a pity, I really enjoyed shopping online at Makro !
