No customer service
I went into Makro Port Elizabeth yesterday and was utterly disgraced and my ethics we questioned I feel violated by a manager we refused to understand that according to the consumer protection act the price you see is the price you pay . I have never in my life had to deal with such a bully, the worse part is that because of the limited wholesale Shoppe's in PE these bullies get away with it. I wish I could say I will never shop there again but unfortunately I have no other options for my bulk buying

Please do not insult me but asking you managers from your PE branch to call me and apologies to me, as if an apology from someone who was not even there is going to make up for the way I was treated a person that was not even on duty is now call me to say he apologies for the inconvenience, inconvenience what about my character, what about my right, please if you have no honour, please don't even bother I don't want an apology for just anyone I want an apology for the person that disrespected me and I want you to honour your price tag like the consumer protection act says the price you see is the price you pay,
