No customer service

No customer assistance at all from Makro customer care team. I requested a return on the 9th of April for one of the items I bought and received confirmation the same day that my request has been logged and they will get back to me in 2-5 working days of which they have not. I’ve been calling in every week after that to follow up on when the item would be collected and all I get it that the matter is being attended to and they are awaiting confirmation from store on when the item will be collected. No further lines of escalations is provided and management is always too busy to attend to my call or even call me back.
