NO CREDIT SINCE 10TH AUG 23

I made an online purchase on 31st July 23 & their was no stock of 2 items at time of picking.

Credit was meant to be passed by latest 10th Aug 23. To date nothing, I have made numerous calls & sent emails. Not resolved as yet . Very poor service.
