No Credit from Maklron online
We bought a Candy Washing Machine from Makro , it only lasted a couple of months before it broke. Makro tried twice to repair it and couldn't. they then offered us credit. It is now 4 months later and still waiting for the credit. Hundreds of emails and calls without any help. Lots of reference numbers and promises but not resolved yet

Still not sorted out yet. 4-5 months to get credit from Makro - Ridiculous!
