I placed an order on Makro for a coffee table sold by a third-party seller (NHI consulting), and I am extremely concerned about the lack of communication and progress. I have not received any confirmation email for my order, which is very worrying. Additionally, my order status has remained on “READY TO SHIP” with no updates or indication that the item has been shipped. As a customer, this raises serious concerns about whether my order is being handled properly. I expected better communication and transparency, especially when purchasing through a trusted platform like Makro.
