No communication regarding Return goods for two weeks

I placed an order for a flask set and a set of 4 pepper spray and received it promptly on 22 November 2024.I opened both orders and to my disappointment there was only one pepper spray instead ofthe advertised set of 4 and the flask set was the grey not black as I ordered. The box the flask set came in is very damaged, Not something I can give as a gift. I tried to book a return online but I was unable to. I called the call center and spoke to Thembani Mufandilane. I sent and explanation and pictures as she requested. I am waiting for communication regarding pick up for the return.I followed up on 28 November with Wandile Zwane.Yet Nobody has contacted me regarding collection of the return.I need this money credited to my account ASAP
