No communication or feedback, delivery didn't take place as promised.

I ordered an item online on 28/08/2018 and was promised delivery on Friday 31/08/2018. I've phoned numerous times and spoken to three different agents - all who promised to get back to me. None of them did. I still did not receive my delivery and don't know what's going on.
