No communication of delievery

Makro is by far the worst store that offer online shopping, they not yet contacted, although i posted a query on their Facebook page, on which they did take my contact details. Last week when i called the call centre they said it will be delivered within 5 days, it has now been 10 days no commnication, i still have not received it, called the call centre they said they will call me back as to why it wasnt delivered but still no response from them.
