No communication, no trampoline:(

<p>We ordered and paid for, a small trampoline on Saturday 11 September 2016, in order to take advantage of the sale price. When we ordered online, we said that we would collect at the Struben's Valley store. The site also said that, that store was low in stock, but not without stock. On Monday 13 Sept, I received an email saying that Struben's Valley was out of the trampoline and that they were sourcing one for us and that they would deliver for free. While I absolutely appreciate this communication, I am not sure how long we are now supposed to wait. I have been told that once the branch has obtained the trampoline, it will tale at least 2-5 days to deliver. How long does it take to source the trampoline? We ordered online to speed up the process and now we are out of pocket and without the product-and for how long? Please repond.</p>
