NO COMMUNICATION FROM MAKRO - EMAILS/QUERIES ARE IGNORED

I was supposed to get the item i ordered on the 19th of December 2025 from Makro till today I haven’t received any communication or update, my emails are ignored and WhatsApp conversations are left hanging and again ignored!! This is so frustrating because I trusted them as a company and for them to treat their customers like this is crazy!!! I NEED AN UPDATE, WHAT I PURCHASED OR REFUND MY MONEY!!! and stop wasting our time hence it clear you don’t have good customer service!!!
