No communication

After placing my order online, I emailed Makro to request communication regarding delivery days as I work in Jhb and live in Pta. Three emails later, I have received no response. What I did receive is a phone call from the courier asking if I am home because they are ready to deliver.

Please stop wasting everyone's time and just look at your emails. It is really that easy.

Watch them make contact really fast now. It is the only thing that works with these big stores.

At least they're still better than Game.
