No Communication

I placed an online order on 24/11/2017 which was confirmed by Makro Online and payment was received.Since then I havent heard from them and im still waiting for my order.I emailed,Facebook Mesenger and tried calling for more than a week now. My email and messages went unanswered, today was the first time I got through when I called and the person that helped or tried to help couldnt give me any answers. I still dont know where's my order. Worst service ever.
