No cashiers at the tills
The queues at the Germiston Makro are very long and the service levels are appalling. There were only 8 tolls out of 25 open. No packers to assist the cashiers. I asked for to speak to a manager and none was available. It’s as if one doesn’t have anything else to do except spend two hours on a queue to nowhere. The till
