No cares about customers
It has now been 10 days since I cancelled an order. The order still says awaiting delivery. Makro have not cancelled it, and thus not refunded me

Instead of everyone making excuses, why does someone not do the job they are paid to do. Surely it is not rocket science to cancel and order and refund the customer? Basic Accounting principles.
