NO CARE FOR CUSTOMERS

i went to make a purchase at Makro Woodmead , i used Pay Just Now, on my app and bank account, the transaction went through, but the Makro till timed out... not sure why, the cashier was not interested to hear my side, i tried explaining that the payment went off my account and on my Pay Just Now app...she told me the transaction will be reversed,6 days after !!!!!!!!! the transaction is NOT reversed, as i explained to her that the transaction was successful, i left there without the goods, can they urgently cancel that transaction or deliver my goods because THE TRANSACTION WAS SUCCESSFUL as i said.
