No birthday gift voucher

I went to Makro, Port Elizabeth to complain that I had not received a birthday voucher this year. They informed me that head office was responsible for sending voucher smses and that not everyone receives each year. If I am not mistaken, the signup for a card indicates a gift voucher EACH year. Very unhappy about this. My card number is ***6.
