No assistance on faulty product

Bought Elba gas / electrical cooker at Makro Wonderboom. The cooker is not 2 months old and oven has problems. The inside cast iron paint is coming off, the bottom part of oven is lifting up. I locked a call with supplier, locked call with Makro customer care, it’s a week and no feedback from Makro. This is poor.
