No assistance

<p>We bought a Hi-sense Fridge at Makro Vaal, overtime the fridge developed problems. This was reported to Makro numerous times but it took us writing a review on Hello Peter for us to be assisted. We had been waiting for the person responsible for our case to contact us with a way forward. It's been a month now we've been waiting and there's no one to give us answeres, calling the store is also a waste of time and airtime cause I hold first for the answering machine, then get no assistance afterwards.</p>
