No answers from service department after several calls

<p>I called four times in the last week to hear what the status was on my laptop being repaired with a lady and gentlemen yesterday saying they would get the service advisors to call me if my laptop was back from repair agents. </p> <p>I still told the guy who i spoke to that i don't believe they will call me back as this was the fourth time i was calling. </p> <p>I need to get this laptop back as i need to check if it's working because the warranty is expiring very soon. Otherwise if it's not working you will probably say it's out of warranty? </p>
