No Answer
I've been trying to get hold of Makro Head Office Payroll since Monday now and with no luck. I've called about 10 times since Monday to get IRP5s since the deadline is today. I called them and just got an answer from reception no answer at HR. I worked for Makro Silverlakes from 2 ********** and need those IRP5s asap. I've even called the HR at Makro Silverkales who said she can't get hold of the people at Head Office the whole week now I need these docs today still. If I don't get an answer today I will keep Makro liable for the penalties that SARS will charge me for not submitting. HR at Makro silevrlakes said they don't have the docs on the preemises and will contact Head Office for them. I've called Head Office and they said I must contact Makro Silverlakes so I'm Confused now but I do need those docs asap.

30 Nov 2017, 10:47It's been 6 days and still no response after the reply from Mbali. I need those docs and I need them asap. No response means no worry or care for staff and customers. Mbali Makhanya I need you to contact me to resolve this issue today still or Makro will pay the the penalty fees.
