No after sales service!! Refund and delivery issues!!

Almost 13 weeks still no refund for a return that was collected and wrongly refunded numerous phone calls, mails and even managers working on the case but yet again no progress!!

As well as a second order that they said it was delivered but it wasn’t. They can’t give me the waybill or proof of delivery with this order it’s al reading 4 weeks.
