No after sales service from Makro. Worst customer service

I have been fighting Makro for 3 months to get a washing machine repaired under warranty. Worst service from their customer service, head office, to the third party contractors they use. They will only contact you when you complain and never follow up or attempt to resolve the issue. Please stay far away from Makro when purchasing electronic.
