1 Placed order for MT-Bike on 3/11 Received shortly after this. 2 During assembly discovered steering parts where faulty and did not fit correctly. 3 Sent 5 emails eventually on 7/11 received a reply from Nthabeleng informing me that it had been handed over For action and I would be hearing shortly. 4 By 15/11 still no contact so emailed addressed to CEO/MD within an hour Mr Nkalo phoned and stated that he would instruct there carrier to collect the goods urgently and the accounts dept. would organise the credit. As at today’s date still no action or Response
