No accountability

I bought groceries on the 23rd of February and missing a dishwasher liquid soap to date it still not being delivered countless follow ups done no progress I paid for this and now no one is willing to refund me if they can't deliver I mean I now have to take out money to go another liquid soap yet someone has benefited on my money Makro Strubensvalley please refund me or deliver my soap
